After reading Andy‘s superb publication, it‘s clear the real fireworks are hidden beneath the official Guy Fawkes narrative. While they'd have us believe it was just one man‘s damp squib of a plot, Andy reveals a whole pyrotechnic display of intrigue, packed with explosive twists and smokey misdirections. It seems the true BANG here was the one they tried so hard to keep under wraps.

Thanks Facts.If I ever re-post this on another platform I'll nick all your metaphors & re-write it.😉

On a serious note, I'm constantly amazed how far back in time this deep state duplicity goes, William 1st harrowing of The North, Richard 2nd reneging on his charter after the peasants revolt, the Peterloo masacre.....

Hear you guv!! I reckon these duplicities are as old as civilization itself, thriving wherever city-states or nations are governed by aristocratic or political elites, especially those enmeshed in mystery cults and secret societies. And no doubt, their schemes would kick into overdrive during wars or regime changes.

Loved your Guy Fawkes piece, by the way!! Looking forward to more Deep State exposes. Just taking England alone, there‘s a staggering amount to uncover - likely even more that‘ll never see daylight.

There’s more to it from my understanding. Guido/Guy Fawkes was a Jesuit (the Vatican’s Secret Society of Mafia-like plotters and troublemakers) and the attack was an attempt by the Roman Catholic Church to halt the King James translation of the Bible, the impact of which the Vatican was deeply concerned about. Multiple people had already been targeted and some killed who were involved in smuggling the Greek and Hebrew Bibles to England and who were involved in the translation, including Coverdale and Tyndale, whose translations were also used to write the KJV.

There’s a fascinating three-part documentary titled ‘A Lamp in the Dark’ about the history of the authorised KJV that has changed my understanding of the Bible and European history completely. Highly recommended.

I hadn't read/heard of Fawkes' links to the Jesuits, although they only came to my attention when writing my HIV/AIDS article....as it seems Fauci was Jesuit educated!

Thanks for the "Lamp in the Dark" recommendation, (Protestant Reformation is a topic of interest, that I've only flirted with) will watch it this evening. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5ZgR6DqTPY

Thankyou, was looking after your last comment & discovered that "Lamp in the Dark" is sequelled by "Tares in the Wheat" which is sequelled by "Bridge to Babylon"

Quote; "We are working on the sequel to “Lamp in the Dark” and “Tares Among the Wheat,” which will be part three in our series on the untold history of the Bible. This next part in the series will follow the history of the Bible into modern times, showing how the role of Rome has changed through the 20th century. Since 1967, the Vatican has been involved in an official relationship with the United Bible Societies, developing “interconfessional” Bibles for the purpose of promoting ecumenical union between the various professing Christian denominations – the Protestant, Roman Catholic and Greek Orthodox churches, in all their forms. Of this, Cardinal Levada has stated that: “Union with the Catholic Church is the goal of ecumenism.” Yet now, there are some who claim that the compromise extends into the pagan world, as Wycliffe Bible Translators (which is part of the United Bible Societies) have been developing their “Muslim-friendly” Bible, in which the Person of Jesus as “the Son of God” is diminished so as not to offend the Islamic population. Is this the direction the Bible Societies are headed? “Bridge to Babylon” will explore this and other questions that we believe are critical to the defense of the Gospel."

Fascinating. I look forward to its release. I’ve also had a yearning to watch the first three again. Tho’ I probably won’t binge watch them over three consecutive nights this time 😅

Lamp in the Dark is the first of three x three hour documentaries. It’s a commitment but well worth it.
